About a month ago I was messaged on my instagram account from Bakery Donuts asking if I would make a special trip out to Arlington, TX to visit their shop. So like any other donut lover would do I went! The shop was simple and looked a lot like other little local donut shops that you could find down the street of your house. But sometimes even the simple shops have some of the best donuts.
Bakery Donuts had a variety of adorable donuts and kolaches. While there I got only four donuts along with one delicious kolache! As you can see in the pictures above I got a smores donut, a plain chocolate donuts, a glazed donut with cream cheese and blueberries on top, and I couldn't resist getting the adorable panda one! Out of all the donuts my two favorites had to be the plain chocolate donut and the cream cheese blueberry donut. The chocolate donut had to be one of the best plain chocolate donuts i've had in a while, simple yet delicious, not to yeasty, just perfectly baked! The cream cheese Blueberry was so sweet and very yummy!! Once again this donut was baked perfectly as well!!
Besides their normal freshly baked donuts , Bakery Donuts also does special orders of all kinds, from birthday donuts to bridal party donuts, and much, much more! I happened to be lucky enough to see one in real life while I was there and snagged a quick picture of the master piece!!
